You may qualify to be included in the Settlement if you purchased Covered Products (Organic bonded abrasive wheels sold under the DEWALT, Porter Cable, and Black & Decker brands) for personal use between June 7, 2015 and February 7, 2022.
According to the settlement website, payments are estimated to be $10 (4 units) without proof of purchase and up to $50 with proof of purchase.
Claim Forms must be submitted no later than April 4, 2022.
