Free $100+ In Pork Class Action

All Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only.
Smithfield Foods agreed to a $75 million settlement deal with indirect consumers. If you indirectly purchased Pork for personal use in the United States from January 1, 2009, through April 2, 2021, a class action settlement may affect your rights.
The purchasers allege that Smithfield and other large producers manipulated the price of pork by restricting supply. They allegedly did this through coordinating public statements and sharing price information.
As of this time, no proof of purchase is needed.
Please read the FAQ section of the Settlement Administrator’s website to ensure you meet all standards before submitting your claim.
