The good news is there is no proof of purchase needed when filing a claim, so you don’t need to find the old receipts.

Class Members who submit a claim form with proof of purchase may seek up to $1 for each covered product purchased, who submit a claim form without acceptable proof of purchase may seek reimbursement of $1 for up to 10 products purchased. The deadline to file you case is Nov 12, 2021. Please read the FAQ section of the Settlement Administrator’s website to ensure you meet all standards before submitting your claim.
